1. What Information Do We Collect?

SEYYAH MOBILE doesn't consider personally identifiable information to include anonymized information that doesn't allow third parties to identify a specific individual. 2.3. Facebook Custom Audiences

For usage-based online advertising, we use Facebook's communication tools, particularly custom and website custom audiences. A non-reversible and non-personal checksum (hash value) is generated from your usage data and transmitted to Facebook for analysis and marketing. For website custom audiences, Facebook cookies are used. Refer to Facebook's privacy policy for more information on data collection, processing, and privacy protection.

 

2.4. Pixel Tags

We use pixel tags (also called web beacons and clear GIFs) on the Services to track user actions. Unlike cookies, pixel tags are embedded on webpages and measure marketing campaign success and usage statistics. Data collected via pixel tags isn't linked to users' personal data.

 

2.5. Do Not Track Signals

3. What Do We Do With the Information We Collect?

3.1. Information That We Collect

Unless disclosed in this privacy policy, SEYYAH MOBILE doesn't share your personal information with outside parties. We use personally identifiable information provided by you solely for the purpose you provided it, including operating and improving the Services, managing your account, responding to inquiries, sending technical notices, updates, and marketing emails (with your consent).

 

You can opt-out of marketing emails at any time. Non-marketing emails related to your account and our business dealings may still be sent. We use MailChimp for marketing emails. Your data will be transferred to MailChimp for processing, following their Privacy Policy and Terms.

 

We retain personally identifiable information as long as necessary or as required by law. You can access, update, or correct your data, opt-out of direct marketing communications, and request data erasure by contacting support@SeyyahMobile.com.

 

eKYC Information: We may request an electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) check, partnering with Jumio, a third-party eKYC provider. Your data is transmitted to Jumio for identity verification and is not stored in our systems.

 

4. Disclosure

SEYYAH MOBILE generally doesn't disclose your personally identifiable information unless:

- You've given permission (accepted this Privacy Policy).

- Legal requirements mandate disclosure.

- Disclosure is necessary to correct false/misleading information or address manipulative, deceptive, or illegal activities.

- You're notified at the time of data collection.

- To provide requested products or services.

- In connection with a business sale, merger, or transfer.

 

Non-personally identifiable information may be shared with advertisers and partners in aggregate form.

 

5. Children’s Policy

Users must be either 18 or older or 13 and older with legal parental/guardian consent or emancipation, according to our Terms of Service. SEYYAH MOBILE doesn't knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If such information is inadvertently collected, we'll attempt to identify and delete it from our database.

 

6. International Usage

SEYYAH MOBILE owns the Service and it may be accessed worldwide. For data protection, SEYYAH MOBILE is the controller and processor. Information collected may be stored, processed, accessed, and used in jurisdictions with different privacy laws than your home jurisdiction. Third-party service providers, under confidentiality agreements, assist in logistics and customer support.
