eSIM Setup Instructions
Setting up your eSIM takes a few minutes. Pick the method that suits you and follow the steps.
- Install with the app or the link
- Or scan the QR code / enter details manually
- Turn on data roaming when you land
Install with the Seyyah Mobile app
The easiest way: download the Seyyah Mobile app, sign in with the email you used at checkout and tap Install next to your eSIM. The app also shows your remaining data and lets you top up.
Install with one tap (link)
After purchase, Seyyah Mobile sends you one-tap install links in your email and in My Account / the app. Open the link on your phone — no QR code is required.
- Open the purchase email or My eSIMs on your phone, then tap Install on iPhone or Install on Android.
- iPhone opens Apple’s eSIM setup (iOS 17.4+). Android opens Google’s eSIM setup. Confirm when the system asks to add the cellular plan.
- After install, turn on Data Roaming for the Seyyah line and select it for Mobile Data. Keep your primary number for calls/SMS if you want.
Tip: open the install link on the phone that will use the eSIM. On a computer, scan the QR code from the email instead.
Install with a QR code
- Open your QR code from the purchase email or My eSIMs on another screen (or print it).
- iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code. Android: Settings > Connections or Network > SIM manager > Add eSIM > Scan QR code.
- Scan the code and confirm. Give the new line a name such as "Seyyah" so you can find it easily.
Manual Installation
- In the same Add eSIM screen, choose Enter Details Manually.
- Copy the SM-DP+ address and the activation code from your purchase email or My eSIMs and paste them in.
- Confirm and wait a few seconds until the eSIM is added.
Turn on data roaming when you land
- When you arrive, select the Seyyah line for mobile data.
- Turn on Data Roaming for the Seyyah line. Your internet will not work without it.
- If you are connected but have no internet, check the APN shown in your eSIM details and enter it under Mobile Data > Network settings.
