Personal data we process
Identity and contact details (name, surname, email, billing address), device and technical data (device type, operating system, IP address, browser, network information), payment transaction details, usage logs, and cookie data.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Providing the eSIM, managing the account, and taking payment: performance of the contract, KVKK Art. 5/2-c.
- Customer support, preventing fraud, and keeping the service working: legitimate interest, KVKK Art. 5/2-f.
- A marketing message: explicit consent, KVKK Art. 5/1. Without consent, that message is not sent.
- Meeting a legal duty: KVKK Art. 5/2-ç.
Recipients
Payment processors, eSIM and network partners, the providers that host the Service, and public authorities when the law requires it. A transfer abroad uses the safeguards in KVKK Art. 9.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may ask whether your personal data is processed and, if it is, request information. You may learn the purpose and whether the use fits that purpose. You may learn the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred. You may ask for correction if it is incomplete or wrong, and for deletion or destruction. You may ask that those steps be told to the third parties who received the data. You may object to a result against you that comes only from automated analysis. You may claim compensation if unlawful processing causes loss.
