7. Refunds and withdrawal
- If a technical problem stops installation or use, and we have tried to fix it with you, we refund or replace the plan within 30 days of purchase.
- After the eSIM is installed or activated, it is treated as used.
- Data left unused after the plan expires is not refunded.
- We may refuse a refund where the use is fraudulent or abusive.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for a distance contract. For digital content that starts at once, that right ends only after you have given prior express consent and have accepted that the right ends when performance starts. Completing a purchase on this website is not that separate consent.
If you are a consumer in Turkey, the distance-contract withdrawal right and the pre-contract information duty in Law No. 6502 apply. The exceptions the law sets for digital content still apply.
